What this website collects

This site uses no cookies, analytics, tracking, embedded videos or third-party fonts. Our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., processes standard server data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for us in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. These logs are kept by the host only for as long as its retention policy states.

If you email us

We use what you send us (your name, email address and message) to reply and to handle any project enquiry. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to you, or on taking steps towards a contract. We keep it for as long as needed for that, and for any period the law requires us to keep business records. Our email is hosted by IONOS.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email us to make a request.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
